X2 Cleaners Required

Location: Greenwich, London
Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour, including holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Please note, Basic DBS check required for this role

About the Role

PPM Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking and experienced Cleaner to join a professional working environment in Greenwich.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises, ensuring that all designated areas are clean, tidy and safe for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the premises.

• Clean offices, communal areas, toilets, kitchens and other designated areas.

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors as required.

• Dust and wipe down surfaces, desks and furniture.

• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.

• Replenish cleaning materials and hygiene supplies where necessary.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.

• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of hygiene.

• Comply with all relevant health and safety procedures.

• Report maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the appropriate manager.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within the required timescales.

Health and Safety

A site-specific health and safety induction will be provided on the first day, covering relevant risk assessments, safe working practices and site-specific requirements.

All required personal protective equipment will be provided on site, excluding compliant safety boots where applicable. Candidates who require suitable safety boots should inform their PPM Recruitment consultant before starting.
