Job description
Start Date: Immediate / To Be Confirmed
LRL is currently recruiting for one experienced Mechanical Fitter with National Grid (NG) experience and a valid Telehandler licence to work on a substation project at Sundon.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical fitting and installation work on site.
- Assist with the installation, positioning and assembly of mechanical equipment.
- Operate a telehandler to safely move and position materials around site.
- Follow site lifting procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Work alongside other trades to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical fitting experience.
- Previous National Grid (NG) site experience.
- Valid Telehandler operator licence, accepted by the project.
- Relevant site safety qualifications and certifications.
- Strong commitment to health and safety
