PROJECT MANAGER |SIDCUP | PERMANENT

A leading independent construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of public-sector and community-focused projects across Housing, Education, Healthcare, Local Government, Commercial, Leisure and Regeneration schemes.

The Role:

You will manage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design, procurement, construction and handover.

Working with clients, consultants and contractors, you will manage programmes, budgets, risk, quality and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have consultancy experience across sectors including:

• Housing & Residential
• Education
• Healthcare
• Local Authority & Civic Buildings
• Commercial
• Leisure & Community Projects
• Regeneration & Refurbishment

Desired Experience:

• Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership desirable
• Knowledge of construction procurement and JCT contracts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
