Job description
Role: Quality InspectorType: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Day Shifts
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire
We're looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a leading manufacturing business, carrying out precision inspections to ensure components meet the highest quality standards.
Quality Inspector
- Inspect manufactured components to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, callipers, verniers and gauges.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to verify component dimensions and tolerances.
- Identify and report quality issues, ensuring non-conforming components are addressed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality standards across the business.
Quality Inspector
- Experience in a Quality Inspector or similar inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is desirable.
