Service Coordinator

Stairlift Industry | Bradford | £26,000 per annum

Marmon Lift Recruitment is looking for a role where you can build your experience within a specialist industry and become a key part of a busy team. We're working with an established stairlift business in Bradford that is looking to add a Service Coordinator to its team. They're looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident communicating with customers and internal teams to help keep the service and installation process running smoothly.

You'll play an important role in coordinating curved stairlift orders, arranging surveys and installations, and ensuring customers receive a professional service throughout the process.

What you'll be doing:

● Coordinate curved stairlift orders, surveys and installations.

● Liaise with customers, engineers and surveyors to arrange appointments and keep

everyone updated.

● Manage schedules and ensure installation dates are organised efficiently.

● Track orders and monitor progress from initial enquiry through to completion.

● Handle customer queries and provide updates on service and installation

arrangements.

● Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date.

● Support the wider team with day-to-day administration and coordination.

What we're looking for:

● Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, administration or customer

service role.

● Someone highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

● Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.

● Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

● Proactive, reliable and keen to take ownership of their responsibilities.

● Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Experience within the stairlift, lift, engineering, installation or home adaptations industry

would be advantageous, but candidates with transferable coordination experience are

encouraged to apply.
