Job description
Site Manager Needed – Residential New Build Location: Saffron Walden, EssexSalary: Negotiable
Duration: 12 months
Start: ASAP
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Site Manager to oversee a 30-unit new-build residential development in Saffron Walden.
Whether you have 7 years’ experience or 30, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, who takes ownership and can keep a site running without constant supervision.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential new-build construction
- Black CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
