We are currently seeking an experienced Cladding & External Works Site Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Friston.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cladding and external envelope packages on large-scale construction projects, with a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently on site.

🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cladding / External Works Site Manager on major construction projects.
• Extensive technical knowledge of cladding systems, external façades and envelope installation.
• Strong steelwork knowledge and experience essential.
• Experience managing internal works, slab interfaces and associated construction packages.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, supervise site teams and manage multiple work fronts.
• Experience planning and monitoring site progress against project programmes and deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical details.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and site compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
