Job description
Delta Personnel is looking for a Site Manager for a clean water reservoir tower refurbishment project.
The works involve roof membrane replacement, birdcage scaffolding and crane lifts.
Duties
- Manage site establishment and daily site activities
- Oversee roof membrane removal and replacement
- Coordinate scaffolding installation, alterations and dismantling
- Coordinate crane lifts, deliveries and material movements
- Supervise operatives and subcontractors, working to programme
- Manage site safety, RAMS, permits, inspections and paperwork
- Liaise with the client and project team
- Maintain clean water hygiene standards throughout the works
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Temporary Works qualification would be a bonus
- EUSR Water Hygiene and Thames Water pass. Client can help facilitate if required
