Administrator – Maidstone (Temporary Assignment)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client, Apleona, based in Maidstone.

This is a temporary position running until 30 September 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Data entry and updating internal databases
• Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
• Assisting with reports and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
