Job description
Vehicle Technician£39,729 basic | £45,729 OTE + £3,000 joining bonus
42.5 hours per week | Day shifts only
Location: Snodland
Looking for a workshop role with a strong basic salary, paid overtime and the opportunity to develop your Hybrid and EV skills?
We’re recruiting a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / LCV Technician to maintain a varied fleet of vans and cars in an established rental workshop.

- £3,000 joining bonus, subject to scheme terms.
- Bonus scheme worth up to 8% of salary, not based on time saved.

The role of Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / LCV Technician
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
- Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready for hire.
What the ideal Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / LCV Technician would need
- Level 3 qualification, or Level 2 with at least three years’ experience as a Technician or Mechanic.
- Good diagnostic skills and a practical approach to repairs.
- Pride in their work and the ability to work well within a team.
