Elevation Recruitment Group is working exclusively with Lincoln & York, the largest private label coffee roaster in the UK. Family owned since 1994, they roast and pack around 10,500 tonnes of coffee a year from more than 40 origins, and their coffee ends up in some of the best known names on the high street.

Lincoln & York have invested heavily in their site and are growing. We are now looking for Warehouse Operative/ FLT Driver to join them on the PM shift.

What you will be doing

• Experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Valid FLT licences, ideally Reach and Counterbalance.
• Experience with goods inwards, goods outwards, loading/unloading and stock movement.
• A good understanding of health and safety, with a reliable and organised approach to work.

Shift pattern: Monday–Thursday, 2pm–12am

Reporting to: Shift Supervisor

What we are looking for

• Previous experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• A valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licence
• Proven experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks
• Good understanding of warehouse processes
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Good attention to detail
