Job Description:

​​​​​​Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administrator based in a depot in Rochester, Kent!

Key Responsibilities - 

• Create and process WIP job cards and workshop documentation.
• Enter and check engineer timesheets accurately.
• Review job sheets, timesheets and invoices to support cost control.
• Raise invoices for completed work within agreed timescales.
• Maintain the workshop diary and schedule engineer workloads.
• Liaise with Sales and Service teams regarding workshop activities.
• Raise purchase orders and process goods received.
• Monitor LOLER inspections and maintain compliance records.
• Support holiday, sickness and Health & Safety administration.
• Maintain KPI records, reports and departmental documentation.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Key Skills -

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ideally from the automotive or forklift trade
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate, methodical and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Proactive and flexible approach

Salary - £26 - 30k depending on experience.
